DANTECH New Protein solutions
Since 2021 we have worked on new innovative solutions to incubating, farming, and processing new Protein sources with the target of using or reusing all raw materials as well as materials in the processing. Leaving smallest possible environmental footprint, while being profitable.
The alternative proteins are gaining populairity due to their potential environmental benefits, nutritional and sustainability. To mention a few of the already recognised and some upcoming sources:

So far, Dantech have been involved in designing, developing ande delivering solutions for;
- Vertical plant farming
- Growing, farming and harvesting insects
- Dewatering Kelp, Algae, and seaweed,
- Optimizing and automating processes in protein extraction
- Recovering, Reusing or/and recycling water as well as other processing resources
